- Misuse may result in suspension or permanent ban
5. Payments & Charges

- rainboW is not responsible for failures caused by third-party payment gateways
- Any disputes regarding charges must be reported through official support channels
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation and refund policies vary by service type
- Late cancellations may attract charges
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the Refund Policy

7. User Conduct
