rainboW acts as a technology platform only and does not directly provide transportation or handyman services.

rainboW reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

- Estimated times and prices are indicative and may vary
- You agree to use the services only for lawful and intended purposes
- Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension
5. Payments & Charges
- Prices shown in the app may include applicable taxes or fees

- rainboW is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party gateways
- Any pricing disputes must be raised via in-app support or email
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies may vary depending on service type
- Late cancellations may attract charges
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per service policy
- rainboW reserves the right to modify cancellation rules at any time
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.

- We are not responsible for delays, service failures, or provider conduct
